Do you have questions about the delivery time or the shipping of your package? Then this page will answer them for you as it has all the necessary information regarding shipping costs and delivery times.
Delivery time
Monday to Friday:
Ordered before 17:00, shipped the same day. This only applies to business days. For estimated delivery times per country please check the list below.
Saturday and Sunday:
If you order over the weekend, your package will be shipped on Monday. If you would like to have an estimate of when your package will arrive you can use the track & trace code to find more information.
How will my package be shipped?
All packages are sent with DHL. You can choose different delivery methods:
• DHL home delivery
• DHL evening delivery
• Collection from a DHL collection location within 7 days.
All packages for Belgium are sent with Bpost. You can choose different delivery methods:
• Bpost home delivery
• Collection at a Bpost collection location within 7 days.
All packages for France are sent with Colissimo/La Poste.
For substantial quantities please contact our customer service. As soon as your package has been dispatched, you will receive a track & trace code which will allow you to monitor the movement of your package.
What is the delivery time for products that are not in stock?
Normally you can only order products that are in stock. However, in rare occasions products may not be in stock after all.
If this is the case, you will always be notified by e-mail. We will wait with shipping until your order is complete, with a maximum of 3 working days. If your order is not complete after 3 working days, we will ship the available products.
Any missing product will be shipped at a later date, if this is no longer possible (I.e. This product is being discontinued by the manufacturer), the purchase price of the product will be refunded within 10 working days. If you wish to cancel your order because the item in question is out of stock then please contact the Beautyplaza.com customer service by phone in order to cancel your order free of charge.
What happens if I am not at home during the delivery?
If we cannot deliver the package to your home or your neighbours address, it will be delivered at a Service Point. They will leave a card in your letterbox with a code. Use the code to track your package and find out where your package has been delivered.
What happens if my order cannot be delivered?
If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, Beauty Plaza is forced to charge shipping costs for reshipment. The customer is responsible for filling in the right address details. If your order is returned because you did not collect your package at the Service Point, shipping costs will also be charged for the reshipment.
If a mistake is made by one of our delivery services during delivery, Beauty Plaza will cover any shipping costs for resending your package.
What should I do if I never received my package?
If you do not receive your package within the indicated period, please contact our customer service to start an investigation. We will initiate an investigation with the delivery service to find the location of your package. The delivery service might reach out to you to ask some questions about the situation. Such an investigation generally lasts 5 business days.
