Ordering at Beauty Plaza is very easy! Place one or more items in your shopping cart. You can increase the number of products in the shopping cart depending on the stock. If there is not enough stock, you will not be able to add more products. The prices on the website are including VAT. So are the prices in your shopping cart.

If you are interested in a particular product, you can add it to the shopping cart by clicking on the little shopping cart icon or by going to the product page and clicking on “add to cart”.

If you want more information about the product, simply click on the photo or the name of the product. Which will then redirect you to the product page which will have/or in the near future have an extensive product description.

Shopping cart

After you have filled your shopping cart, you can get an overview of the shopping cart by clicking on the "shopping cart" button at the top right of the page. There you will find an overview of all the products that are in your cart. In this screen you can change quantities as well as remove products from your shopping cart. When you make adjustments your shopping cart updates automatically.

On the right hand side of the page you will find the subtotal amount of the products in your shopping cart. Our webshop is based in the Netherlands, in the Netherlands all products are prices with the VAT included. Hence the subtotal amount has the VAT included but we’ve also listed the VAT amount separately. The Total amount is the amount you’ll have to pay which may or may not include shipping costs depending on the total amount of your order.

After you have checked the quantities and prices, you can proceed with the completion of your order by clicking on the button "complete order".

Ordering with an account

There are a number of advantages when you have (or create) an account. You can easily log in for future orders and your address will be remembered. Moreover, you can easily find and repeat previous orders, this is particularly useful if you always order the same products. You can also track the status of your order and see when your order has been shipped.

Confirmation of your order

The 4th page which allows you to choose your payment (for further information see "payment" and "shipping & delivery") is the page where you can check your full order. This page allows you to make any final changes before agreeing to the terms and conditions by clicking on the “Payment” button.

Cancel order

After clicking the button "place your order", you are no longer able to cancel your order yourself. For this, we ask you to contact our customer support. You can find our contact details at the bottom of this page or under the header “contact info”.
