Online return request

Do you wish to return one of your products? Access the returns portal using the button below. This will take you to a screen where you can select the products you would like to return as well as the reason why.

Based on these options you will either get a free return label or you will get the option to pay for one which you can then print yourself.

Right of withdrawal – Return articles

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends after 14 days, and starts on the day on which the consumer or a third party (other than the carrier and indicated by the consumer) has received the goods. To make use of the right of withdrawal, you must inform us with an unequivocal statement (for example in writing, by post, fax or e-mail) that you would like to cancel the agreement. It is the customer’s responsibility to do so within the 14 day period. You can use our return form for the return, but you are not obliged to do so. You can also use the European model withdrawal form to inform us that you would like to cancel your purchase. However, use of this form is not mandatory.

Products related to hygiene, such as body and face creams, perfumes and brushes that have been unsealed after delivery, cannot be returned.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you cancel the agreement you will receive the full amount of your order as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt of the return notification. This includes the standard delivery costs which were paid but excludes any delivery costs inquired to return the parcel. (With the exception of any additional costs resulting from your alternative choice of delivery method).

We will issue refunds with the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise (no extra costs involved). You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, but in no case later than 14 days after the day on which we received the unequivocal statement. You are on time if you send the goods back before the 14 day period has expired.

The direct costs of returning the goods are for your account and will not be refunded, unless it concerns an incorrect or defect delivery by Beauty Plaza. You are liable for any depreciation resulting from the use of the products that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the characteristics of the products. This means looking at a product in the same way as you would in a physical store. You are therefore not allowed to open products protected with a seal or try/use products; in this case the value depreciation is 100%.

Not functioning/incorrect item received

If you receive an item that is not functioning properly, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. You can find our contact details at the bottom of this page or under the header 'Contact Info'. When you receive an incorrect item, we kindly ask you to first doublecheck the item in question with the list of products in our order confirmation e-mail. You can do this by comparing the item number on the product and the item number(s) in the confirmation email. If the item numbers do not match, you should contact our customer service, they will provide you with all the necessary information to return the incorrectly received item free of charge. You can use the return form on the back of the package slip to return the product(s).

Return of incorrectly ordered items

If you have ordered the wrong product(s), the costs of returning these products are for your own account. Please contact our customer service about the return of incorrectly ordered products.

Return of electrical and electronic equipment

When you order a new electrical or electronic device on Beauty Plaza, we offer the option to return the 'old' device to Beauty Plaza free of charge. You can return the device to Beauty Plaza by using a freepost number. If you want to use this service, you can send an email to [email protected] and we will provide you with a freepost number. Electrical and electronic equipment can also be handed in at other existing return points in your city.
