Place the dropper on the head of the bottle and with a firm movement open the bottle by breaking it in line with the pre-cut ring. Remove the broken part and place the dropper on the neck of the opened bottle. Apply light pressure to the dropper so that about half of the contents falls onto the palm of your hand.
