The one end contains a water proof pencil with corner tip for precise and natural looking application. The other end contains a tinted soft-hold gel to keep the most full eye brows in place. Dermatologically tested and free from perfume. How to use? Step 1: Use the pencil side to fill in eventual holes in the eye brows. Step 2: Use short, light stripes for areas which do not need much colour. Step 3: Push harder for more colour and intensity of the eye brows. Step 4: Use the gel to keep the eye brows in place.
