The INDOLA BLONDE EXPERT Ultra Cool Booster enhances the neutralizing effect and effectively combats unwanted warm undertones, even on challenging base colors such as medium blonde and darker hair. It is designed for use in combination with BLONDE EXPERT Lightener 9+ (White & Blue).
Use: Apply evenly and generously to dry hair, do not wash the hair beforehand. Do not apply to light blonde or previously bleached hair. Do not apply to sensitive or damaged hair. Do not apply to the scalp. Mixing ratio: Always mix all three components BLONDE EXPERT Lightener + BLONDE EXPERT Ultra Cool Booster + INDOLA Cream Developer until a homogeneous consistency is achieved. Mixing ratio: 1:10:20 (1 part additive : 10 parts Lightener 9+ : 20 parts Cream Developer).
