Apply generously to dry or damp skin half an hour before sun exposure, ensuring that you keep a maximum distance of 5 cm from the skin. After application, distribute the product evenly until it is completely absorbed, and reapply to damp or dry skin every 2 hours. Reapply when perspiring, after swimming and after drying with a towel. The less product is applied, the lower the level of protection.
