As a mask: Apply a thin layer to the face. Leave on for 2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly without massaging. Can be used daily.
As a scrub: Apply to damp face, massage gently with circular movements, rinse. Use twice a week. Avoid contact with eyes (in case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean water).
