Handwash

Why should we actually wash our hands with handwash? Throughout the day, your hands come into contact with bacteria and other viruses. Therefore, it's important to wash your hands regularly. You unconsciously touch your nose, mouth, or eyes often, or handle things that you put in your mouth. Clean, protect, and nourish your hands while giving them the delightful scents of a handwash.

Hand Soap

Hand soap comes in solid or liquid form and cleans your hands. Hand soap can be antibacterial. As the name suggests, it kills bacteria and promotes good hygiene. Hand soap consists of two parts. One part of the soap likes water, and the other part likes dirt.

How to Wash Your Hands?

You can apply some hand soap to your hands, rub them, and then rinse. However, that's not the best way to wash your hands. Wash your hands for at least 20 seconds under running water with a liquid hand soap. Spread the soap over your entire hand, between your fingers, and under your nails. Then, rinse your hands thoroughly and dry them with a clean towel.

When Should You Wash Your Hands?

Only washing your hands when you see that they are dirty is not sufficient. Some bacteria are invisible, so it's important to wash them regularly. When should you definitely wash your hands?

- Before eating
- Before and after handling raw food
- After using the toilet
- After coughing, sneezing, or blowing your nose
- After petting or feeding animals
- When your hands look dirty
