Paper & Boo wants to reduce the use of disposable plastic. The name Paper & Boo comes from “Paper and Bamboo”. These are sustainable alternatives for plastic packaging and products. Bamboo

Paper & Boo does not use bamboo which can be eaten by pandas. The bamboo which is used to make Paper & Boo grows up to heights of 28 meters, pandas normally don’t climb this high for their food. Paper & Boo thinks about the wellbeing of animals. Paper & Boo uses bamboo, because it is one of the most diverse and sustainable materials on our planet. Bamboo does not need any fertilizer and is one of the quickest growing plant species. The plant leaves almost no waste because almost all of it is used in the production of products.

Paper

The brand Paper & Boo makes use of sustainably produced and recycled paper and cardboard. These do not require forests or agricultural land. Moreover they use far less water. Paper and cardboard are easily recycled and are seen as a sustainable and innovative packaging material.

Wheat Straw

What is wheat straw? Wheat straw is the straw which is left behind after harvesting wheat. In the past this was often seen as garbage. Farmers from some countries even burn wheat straw, which contributes to pollution and is a danger for public health. Paper & Boo sees the value in these straws and uses wheat straw for their products.
