Why use hairspray?
Hairspray is particularly suitable for hairstyles where the hair is pinned up. Spray the hair after pinning it up to ensure that it stays in place. If you have finer and thinner hair, choose a hairspray that is moderately strong. For strong hair, such as curls, it is good to use a stronger spray.
How to use hairspray?
Hold the spray about 25 cm away from the hair while applying it to prevent the hair from becoming stiff and sticky.
- Extra volume? Bend over and spray the hair (from a distance) from back to front.
- Extra styling? Hold up some strands of hair and spray the hairspray all over the hair, from roots to ends. Again, don't get too close.
- Do you find that hairspray makes your hair sticky? Then spray some hairspray on your brush and apply it to your hair. This way, it stays in place but feels lighter.
- Looking for shine? Combine the hairspray with a shine spray!
