Secure payments

Beauty Plaza Group B.V. ensures that your data is sent securely by using Secure Socket Layers (SSL) on the Mollie payment system of our website. SSL is an advanced security system which protects your data. To guarantee the security of the ordering process, all data including your name, address and your bank or credit card details are sent encrypted through a secure server and secured in the ordering system. You can recognize security systems by the lock that (often) appears before the URL or at the bottom of the browser.

International

Consult the “Shipping & Delivery” page to find an overview of all the countries that we deliver to. All payment methods can be find below, more payment methods may be added down the line and any suggestions are always welcome. If you have any questions regarding shipping abroad or payments from abroad, you can always contact our customer service.

VAT

In rare occasions we accept orders from countries outside of the EU. If you are situated outside of the EU and you would like to import goods into your country, we kindly ask you to get in touch with our customer support. If your country is outside the EU, you can reclaim the VAT you paid to Beauty Plaza. Send your request to Beautyplaza.com with the mandatory attachments of the original invoice stamped by customs authorities and a copy of your ID, as proof that you live outside the EU. A VAT refund will cost you € 15,- for the additional administrative work.

Payment methods

Beauty Plaza Group B.V. offers various payment methods. You can place your order and make your payment both nationally and internationally. The methods offered are:

• WERO/iDEAL - Wero is the European Payments Initiative’s new digital payment system
• Bancontact - Belgian payment provider, pay directly and trusted through a login screen of your bank
• Paypal - (only for Germany) link your bank account or master card to your paypal to quickly make transactions worldwide
• ApplePay - Set up Apple Pay by adding your debit, credit or prepaid cards to your Apple device. Apple lets you pay in stores, apps and on the web
• Credit Card - Pay directly and securely on credit using your credit card details.Mastercard – Pay directly and trusted with credit payment using your credit card details
• Billink -  Pay later with Billink. Receive your order first, then pay the amount within the agreed payment term.
• Transfer in advance - With the option Transfer In advance the customer arranges the payment by bank transfer. When the customer chooses this payment method, he will receive the payment information directly via his / her e-mail
